Opportunity to Support Fellow Veterans

TUCSON (KQTH-FM) - Tucson Area Veterans: You are invited to participate in a national mental health awareness campaign.

The Make the Connection team is conducting on-camera interviews with Veterans who want to share their stories about seeking mental health treatment and overcoming their challenges. Videos of their interviews will be added to hundreds of others that encourage Veterans to reach out for support.

Who: Veterans of any age or branch of service — including National Guard and Reserve — with or without their families

What:Professionally videotaped interview about experiences with mental health treatment and recovery

When:Friday, April 20, and Saturday,April 21, 2018, for about two hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Where:Tucson. Address provided upon confirmation of participation

• Name and age

• Military service affiliation and service dates

• Discharge status (as listed on the DD214)
